About Us

The Whimps were formed in 1998 and were an amalgamation of Members and Partners, hence Winter Hill Intergrated Members & Partners Society.  Playing as a Roll Up Group on Wednesday's and Saturday's

Since a number dropped their Membership to 5 days in 2007 we have two specific days per year,

The Dave Aris Trophy Day in August, and for the Saturday Whimps a Stableford competition in December, to award a Trophy donated by Gerry Metcalfe in 2008, for the player with the 10 best scores over the year October to September
